Arcane Elegance Shipping Policy

At Arcane Elegance, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers. Please review our shipping policy below for information on our shipping methods, costs, and delivery times.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we only ship to locations within the United States. However, some of our suppliers may be located outside of the US, which can affect delivery times.

Shipping Carriers

We utilize the following shipping carriers to deliver our products:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx (Federal Express)
  • DHL

Shipping Rates and Options

  • Standard Shipping: All orders within the United States will be charged a flat rate for standard shipping, not exceeding $15 per order.
  • Free Shipping: Orders totaling $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available for certain items at an additional cost. Detailed information and costs for expedited shipping will be provided at checkout.
  • International Shipping: While we primarily ship within the US, international shipping costs will be calculated at checkout when available.

Processing and Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: As all products are custom-made at the time of order, typical production lead times range from 3 to 7 days.
  • Shipping Time: Standard shipping times within the United States typically range from 7 to 14 days, depending on the product and destination. Shipping times are variable due to multiple suppliers and destination locations.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be emailed to the customer when products have been shipped.
  • If no tracking information is received within 10 business days (unless longer production times are noted at the time of ordering), customers can reach out to Customer Service at Customer_Service@arcaneelegance.com.
  • If tracking information has been received but the product has not been received within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date, please reach out to Customer Service at the same email.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Arcane Elegance is not responsible for items lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If your order does not arrive within 30 days or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
